Ingredients:
You’ll need, 3 to 4 medium size raw beets, (not from a can you fuckstick), half of a red cabbage, half of a red onion, capers, fresh parsley, fresh garlic, olive oil, salt , and pepper, and finally, a spaghetti style pasta of your choice.
1) Cut 3 to 4 medium size beets into matchstick size pieces. again, Beets have to be raw from produce.
Thinly slice red cabbage, and red onions, mince you’re garlic, and parsley.
2) Bust out a sauté pan, Add olive oil and heat until its hot enough to sauté vegetables,, then and garlic, and the beets, sauté till beets are close to getting soft, then add you’re onions, parsley, cabbage, and, capers, to the cooked beets, and sauté till all vegetables are fully cooked
3) In a separate pot add water, bring to a boil, add about a tablespoon of salt, to the water, drop in a spaghetti type of your choice boil until Al dente, (half way cooked) drain and add to sauté pan, along with the vegetables, add about 2 ladles of the pasta water and sauté till pasta is to your liking salt pepper to taste 👅.
THERE ARE NO SHORTCUTS LIKE USING CANNED BEETS, ONLY A JERKOFF WOULD PULL THAT STUNT.
